Haven Wine & Cheese represents a full-scope commercial design transformation, converting an empty shell into a layered and inviting hospitality destination. Developed from concept through completion, the space was carefully composed to feel refined yet welcoming — a setting that encourages lingering, conversation, and return visits.

Spatial planning establishes a natural flow between the bar, retail, and seating areas, creating intimacy within openness. Custom millwork and tailored furnishings introduce structure and warmth, while rich materiality and carefully considered lighting shape depth and atmosphere throughout.

The result is a character-driven wine bar that balances sophistication with ease, offering a hospitality experience that feels elevated, approachable, and distinctly rooted in Menlo Park.
